Our Commitment to Training

Our experienced carers are given ongoing training incentived offering quality assurance to those using our services.

In addition we have more senior care staff (know as our team leaders), who both oversee care and offer guidance to team members. Our manager, Sarah Sabater, is responsible for the day to day running of the agency, with many years experience in management within the care industry, ownership of nursing home establishments in Devon, and a vast knowledge and experience in management within the recruitment industry. Our manager and staff have the necessary experience to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered and maintained.
